Receive Application Forms
You can receive the application forms by e-mail or by regular mail. Just fill in the following form and select which method you prefer.

1. Attached with the forms you’ll receive a Table of Contents, which will explain each application form, and guide you step-by-step through the application process.
2. Fill out each form.
3. Follow the steps included with the applications to complete the process.

However you choose to apply, you will receive a phone call within 24 hours of our receiving your application with a complete update on the application process.

NOTE: The application forms DO NOT bind you in any way to anything. In addition, by filling out the forms, you are NOT refinancing your current first mortgage. The forms are simply the standard forms you need in order to determine qualification for a Money Merge Account.
